REAR: ONE Cherry (T2)(ht.4m) FELL to 1m stump. Reason: supressed by adjacent tree, crown 80% dead. REAR: ONE Oak (T3)(ht.10m) LATERAL REDUCE by 2m from 8m to 6m. Reason: clearance from building. REAR: ONE dead Box Elder (T4)(ht.2.5m) FELL to 1m high stump. Reason: dead, ivy clad, duty to replace applies. REAR: ONE dead Maple (T6)(ht.3.4m) FELL. Reason: to allow new fence to be installed, duty to replace applies. REAR: ONE dead Elm (T14)(ht.7m) FELL to 1m high stump. Reason: dead, ivy clad, duty to replace applies. Tree works planned for 5/6 August 2026 during school holidays. Replacement tree planting under duty to replace, as agents email dated 13 July 2026 to be: 3x replacement trees, mixed species, selected from oak, elm, field maple, cherry, planted within the southern boundary woodland area where T4 & T6 are currently sited, the trees will be staked, tied, with bark mulch surround with frequent watering maintenance by facilities manager to ensure trees survive and thrive. Informative A: the landowner has a duty to plant another tree of an appropriate size and species when a tree is removed in a conservation area because it is dead or presents an immediate risk of serious harm.
