REAR: ONE dead Sorbus (T19)(ht.3.5m) FELL. Reason: dead tree, leaning (hung up in the vines). Duty to replace applies. Tree works planned for 5/6 August 2026 during school holidays. Informative A: the landowner has a duty to plant another tree of an appropriate size and species when a tree is removed in a conservation area because it is dead or presents an immediate risk of serious harm.
