PHASE 2 - 2027: North Boundary Clifton Rd. Trees: G011, G012, T022, T023, T024, T025, G013, G014, T026, T002 General maintenance work: Maintain a full 6m ground clearance with a crown lift of secondary & tertiary growth (except T002) Lateral crown reduction away from far side of road & pavement to mitiagte risk & harm to public to 2-2.5m from property walls & fences Lateral branch reduction building side to freehold buildings (G013, G014, T26) to 2m from wooden fence near trees Lateral branch reduction building side to shared housing (G011, G012, T022, T023, T024, T025 to 2m from wooden fence near trees Remove lower hanging branches horizontal & below of secondary and tertiary growth to mitigate risk & harm to the public within the 6m crown height zone or any assessed as weakened by a Professional Tree Surgeon (photos needed both before and after) Remove any deadwood, epicormics on trunks suckers, sun shoots etc Remove any plant growth on stems e.g. Ivy Additional Tree Specific work: T002 This tree is beginning to impact the small space by the car port. Lateral reduction 1m away from Carport, reduce Crown height to 7m & crown lift to clear roof with 2m clearance T024 Codominate stems have a higher likelihood of failure. Assess removal & the dysfunctional drying wood on site. Others: These area internal trees that were done according to the H&S survey only & not to the Tree management strategy plan. G001 This tree has more than doubled in size in 8 years & affects cars, pergola & the internal estate area. 2.7m Crown lift, lateral reduction to 0.5m away from structure, overall 2.0m crown reduction in addition to the general tree management works above. T004 - This tree has more than doubled in size in 8 years & affects vehicle access & the playground & internal estate area Conduct 2.7m Crown lift & overall 1.5m crown reduction (Amended)
