Full Proposal

Please refer to attached Tree Survey. With an amendment for T1 Beech Although located at the southern site boundary adjacent to the existing highway access, this tree is of low quality due to its structural form/suppressed canopy form. There will be no direct adverse impact arising from its removal due to the presence of larger and better-quality trees along this site boundary. NB the crown obstructs overhead 11kv open wire powerline. Once the desired clearance is achieved the health of the tree may be compromised, also the laterals are encouraging the road, once clearance is achieved the crown will appear distorted. NB T2 is to be retained within the landscape.
