T1: Ash tree. The Ash tree is located on the land owned by the Bridge Inn pub. A large over extended limb overhangs the boundary wall with Little Cranford House, and poses a substantial risk of failure. 2 other large limbs have failed on the tree in the last couple of months, hence the application for the removal of this one to minimise the risk of damage to the wall.
