FRONT (to Lewisham High St): ONE Copper Beech (0040)(T2 in TPO) Ht.10m CROWN LIFT to 2.5m above ground level Reason: Highway and street lamp clearance. Within raised planter & restricted rooting environment. Widespread crown overhanging footpath. Lamp column adjacent. FRONT (to Lewisham High St): ONE False Acacia (5237)(T3 in TPO) Ht.12m CROWN LIFT to 2m above ground level Reason: Highway and street lamp clearance. Overhangs footpath. FRONT (to Lewisham High St): ONE Crab Apple (5240) Ht 2m FELL - (not in TPO). Reason: Dead tree - Following findings from a tree survey. Duty to replace dead tree in conservation area. . REPLACEMENT PROPOSAL: We will replace the dead apple with another apple, so a like for like replacement. The whip will be 1-1.5m as you have requested. The tree will be protected with support from a stake, mulch will be added around the base and due to the size and girth of the tree, we will also provide a strimmer guard to go around the base of the tree to protect from any possible strimmer damage.
