REAR: ONE Ceanothus (T1)(ht.6m) FELL. Reason: removal to reduce lack of light and benefit growth of surrounding trees and shrubs. Informative A: replacement tree planting is encouraged, and huge thank you for retaining other trees and vegetation for amenity, wildlife, wellbeing, flood run-off mitigation and shade to reduce increasingly high and frequent heatwaves due to climate change. Informative B: please create habitat log piles with arisings for wildlife and biodiversity. Informative C: please include hedgehog highway holes in any new boundary fencing.
