T1 ? Mature Oak protected by a Tree Preservation Order (TPO), located within the neighbouring property. Description of Works Prune all branches overhanging the applicant's property back to the shared boundary, making suitable pruning cuts to appropriate growth points in accordance with BS 3998. No works are proposed to branches beyond the boundary or to the main stem of the tree (TPO P1/201/243).
