Proposed addition of front porch, alterations to external materials and fenestration, reshaping of front bay window and reconfiguration of roof including raising roof height above existing garage; installation of three dormers (two with pitched roofs on front elevation, one with flat roof on rear elevation) and four rooflights. Conversion of existing garage and loft to habitable accommodation, and erection of first-floor extension above existing single-storey rear element.
