Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 2 (approved drawings) and 4 (Arboricultural Method Statement and Tree Protection Plan) of planning permission 25/P/00865, approved 23/09/2025, permitting the variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) and 3 (materials) of planning permission 24/P/00190, approved 09/04/2024, for a 'proposed single storey extension to the GP surgery  with associated paths, steps and ramps', to allow for the increase in the depth of the extension and the central glazed link, as well as the removal of existing alder trees (description amended 22/06/2026).
