T1, 1 large over mature Beech tree in right hand front corner of front garden. Application to prune crown by up to 3/4m, to form well balanced shape reduce crown weight as drainage company may have to do some light root pruning. The resident has some serious drainage problems which run very close to the base of the tree and they need to build a new man hole and possibly redirect some drains.
