Reason: Growing over the car park.REAR: ONE Magnolia (T3)(ht.9m) CROWN REDUCE HEIGHT by 1m from 9m to 8m, REDUCE SPREAD by 1m from 4m to 3m.Reason: to manage within rear garden, reduce shade.Informative A: huge thanks for the proposal to replace conifer T1 with a birch tree, and thanks also for retaining other trees for amenity, wildlife and shade to reduce increasingly high summer temperatures due to climate change.
