Application to crown lift three oak trees by up to 4m and cut back ivy to ensure safety and light access, as they are overgrown and overhanging the driveway. The work will be done by a licensed tree surgeon. TPO 254W.

The three oak trees at the front of the property are very overgrown, over hanging the drive. Over the last year we have had several large branches down in the bad weather and we have concerns that more will fall and this is directly over driveway ie cars. The trees have not been pruned from our knowledge for a considerable time (the family have owned the house wince 1978 and it hasn't been done. They are also blocking light now to the property; we only want to crown lift by up to 4m so that the drive can be used safely and we can get light into the front rooms. We also need to cut the ivy back on the trees as ultimately it will kill them. We will use a licensed tree surgeon to do this work professionally as we love these trees. TPO 254W.
