T1 Oak of the submitted MWA Arboricultural Report Works: Reduce height by ~5m and reduce crown spread by ~8m leaving balanced crown. Prune on a biennial cycle to maintain at broadly reduced dimensions. Reason: Clay shrinkage subsidence damage at the neighbouring property 16 Ogden Road, SK7 1HJ. A Separate s.211 notification is also to be submitted regarding the works recommended to TG1 Oak of the MWA Arboricultural Report. This is a re-submission of a previously withdrawn s.211 notification (DC/097911) C1 and C2 of the submitted MWA Arboricultural Report were removed in March 2026. HAR/CA34.
