This consist of the proposed green roof with stone ballast. Replacement of slate roof tiles with slate effect tiles. Introduction of glazed timber doors to the main entrance. Remove two existing chimneys. Retention of brick dentil detailing at gutter level. Retention of the stone band between ground and first floor levels. Reconfiguration of the window arrangement to the new build west elevation.
