1. To cut back Maple so the barrier can open fully. 2. To cut all foliage which hangs over the wall back to the wall line. 3. To remove dead broken branches and dead tree. 4. Lightly cut back overhanging trees over the car parking to the rear. 5. Cut tree back from building and lift over footpath to give 2.5 metre clearance.
