Refurbishment of Midland Mills and the construction of a 32 storey tower comprising a total of 306No. apartments; flexible commercial space (class uses A1/A2/A3/A4/B1) creation of a public realm at Midland Mills - NON MATERIAL AMENDMENT TO 18/04579/FU - As discussed with officers, it is requested that conditions 31 and 32 are amended to delay the trigger for agreeing and implementing the S278 details as this process will not be complete until a later date due to the works being combined with those works also to be agreed and implemeted regarding the McLaren Beck Yard scheme under 22/00361/FU. Full details of the amended dates/triggers are to be confirmed by LCC highways.
