The tree is a large beech located in the garden of 1 Highfield Park and is very close to my back boundary. I propose to prune the lower branches, at present the rear garden does not get any sun in the winter making the garden unusable in the summer, I have been advised that one of the large branches has been weakened and is in danger of falling. HAR/CA14.
