Application to address issues with a sycamore tree in the car park of the Red Lion, which is overhanging and damaging the applicant's property due to dead branches.

Proposal as recorded

The tree is a sycamore in the car park of the red lion. There is a large part of the tree over hanging my garden which has been killed by ivy. The dead part of the tree creaks indicating it is dead and is not in lead which it should be at this time of the year. Previously a in high winds large branch has fallen off the tree causing damage to my property. Large parts of the tree continue to fall into my property indicating that part of the tree is indeed dead. The dead part of the tree is also leaning on the wall which also belongs to the Red lion on the boundary of my property. It is casing the wall to bulge and crack. It already has bricks missing due to the weight pressing on it. The wall is not safe and is going to fall down onto a seating area of my garden I therefore cannot use the rear of my garden.
