The proposed works include replacement of 5No existing sash windows at the side and rear elevations, with new timber frames fitted with an opening single casement type window to the bottom matching in appearance to the existing sash, and a top panel featuring a fixed window to the bottom half obscured with proprietary film, and ventilation louvres to the upper half. Also included are 2No new ventilation louvred openings to be formed inside the existing brick walls of the side elevation.
