Plan to fell a Hawthorne tree in poor condition near a parking area. Crown lift a Cedar tree on the house side, clean the crown, and remove dead wood. Drawback a Horse Chestnut tree on the house side, remove epicormic growth, and provide roof clearance. Drawback a Maple tree on the roadside, clean the crown, and remove dead wood. Drawback a Beech tree on the roadside and separate from neighbour's trees, remove weight from a branch with a cavity, and remove dead wood.

T1 Hawthorne - Fell, tree is in poor condition and has a large split in the stem, it is near a car parking area T1 Cedar - Gentle crown lift to 4.2 on house side only, crown clean. Tree has descending branches that are obstructing lawn. Only around 1-1.5m of material to be removed approximately. Removal of dead wood T3 Horse Chestnut -Drawback 2m-2.5m on house side only, removal of epicormic growth at the stem. Providing 2m clearance from the roof. Tree is over-hanging the roof, leaves are falling into the gutter and animals (squirrels most likely) have been heard on/in the roof. T4 Maple - Drawback 2m on Roadside only, crown clean. Making clearance from overhanging the road and pavement. Removal of dead wood and torn out branches/cuts T5 Beech - Drawback 2m-2.5m on Roadside. Drawback around 1.5m to separate from neighbour's trees on corner boundary. Drawback to remove weight from branch that has a large cavity over the road. Maintenance to provide clearance over the road and lamppost, removal of dead wood
