A certificate of lawfulness is sought for the construction of a rear dormer window and the enlargement of an existing single storey side extension.

The proposal involves removing an existing rear canopy, constructing new single storey extensions to the side and rear, and replacing all windows alongside the installation of a new rear window.

Tree works at Park Villa Court, including felling a collapsed purple cherry plum and two dead hollies, alongside crown lifting and pruning various trees across the site.
