Plan to fell three trees: T1 - Norway Spruce due to exposure and risk of failure; T2 - Norway Spruce due to poor form and vitality; T3 - Cypress due to poor form and vitality.
Proposal as recorded
T1 - Norway Spruce. Fell due to recent failure of adjacent group of cypress. Tree has been left exposed to wind-loading and is both weighted and leaning towards neighbouring garden. Ground conditions are extremely wet in the area, meaning the potential for failure from rootplate is reasonably foreseeable. T2 - Norway Spruce. Fell due to poor form and vitality. Tree is heavily suppressed by large trees behind and has a very sparse covering of needles. T3 - Cypress. Fell due to poor form and vitality. Tree is similarly suppressed by large trees behind and also has very sparse foliage. HAR/CA34.
