Plan to pollard a Horse Chestnut tree, reduce limbs of Sycamore and Lime trees, and remove epicormic growth from Horse Chestnut and Sycamore trees at 7 Shaftesbury Avenue, Lidgett Park, Leeds.

Proposal as recorded

T1 Horse Chestnut: Pollard to 0.5 meters above the crown break. The tree has extensive rot in the trunk and we are concerned it will fail in the future. T2 Sycamore: Reduce most northern limb which overhangs a neighbouring building by 3 meters. T3 Lime: Reduce the Northerly limb overhanging the private road by 3 meters. T4 Horse Chestnut: Remove epicormic growth from trunk and Reduce low Easterly limb overhanging Holmwood Sheltered Housing by 4 meters. T5 Sycamore: Remove epicormic growth from trunk.
