DC/095537ApproveDecision issued 16 May 2025

Plan to remove a self-seeded mountain ash tree, including stump grinding, from the left corner of the garden due to it leaning over into the neighbor's property and causing damage to their gutters. Two silver birch trees will remain.

Proposal as recorded

The tree is a self seeded mountain ash. It is on the left corner of our garden and leans over into our neighbour?s property which has been built only two feet from the back of our garden. They have politely complained in the past of the tree causing damage to their gutters. The tree is next to two silver birch trees which will remain. We wish to remove the tree including stump grinding to make the area completely flat. HAR/CA14.
