T1 Sycamore - Fell - Included bark at low union has developed widening and showing signs of bacterial staining within the last year following recent loss of shelter canopy. Third party property is at risk in the direction of affected limb. Remedial pruning would be excessive, resulting in lowered amenity value. Removal and replacement with standard Copper Beech is proposed.
