T206 - Common Ash (Fraxinus excelsior): Remove to ground level, including stump removal, to facilitate installation of the Hallgates to Elms Farm water mains pipeline. The tree is in decline, exhibiting crown dieback, reduced vigour and deadwood associated with ash dieback disease. Mitigation: Plant two heavy standard pedunculate oak (Quercus robur) trees as close as practicable to the original location, with maintenance and replacement of failures for a period of five years in accordance with BS 8545:2014.
