Tree works are proposed to a protected horse chestnut tree, including the removal of epicormic growth and deadwood, removal of selected branches, and crown reduction to clear overhead electrical cables.

T1 ? Horse Chestnut Remove epicormic growth on the main stem up to crown break. ? To improve the level of light filtering underneath the crown. Remove the two downward growing branches highlighted back to the union with the main lateral branch. Crown reduce to provide 2-3m clearance from the overhead electrical lines only. ? To prevent damage and interference with the services. Remove deadwood from the crown ? To prevent sections falling on the highway and garden (TPO P1/201/93).
