T1 - Yew - Raise the crown by approximately 1.5m and cutback the south side only of the crown by approximately 2.5-3m to suitable growth points. Reasoning for works - Tree is located on neighboring property of "Ye Olde Ship Inn, Portsmouth Road, Guildford, GU2 4EB". Tree stem is located approximately 1m away from boundary fence line but the crown is heavily unbalanced and 80% of the crown is overhanging into the garden area of St Catherine's Priory (St Catherines Conservation Area)..
