Overhangs Road with vehicle impact wound at 2.5m. Bifurcates at 2.5m with evidence of cambium crack - potential included union and decay from historic branch loss. 0807 - Yellow False Acacia Prune West aspect by 1-2m to clear building. Height 8m. Mitigate encroachment issues. 0813 - Horse Chestnut Pollard tree at approximately 6m. Height 9m. Crown near building and over footpath. - Following findings from a tree survey.
