Proposals involve works to a magnolia tree, including a canopy reduction and a slight lift to achieve a more compact form.

Full Proposal

T1 Magnolia Grandiflora - a beautiful and much-loved specimen growing near to the rear of the property. Applying for a general reduction in the canopy by up to 2m in height from 7m to 5m and by approx. 1m in radial spread in all directions from 4m to 3m. Also, a slight lifting of the canopy by 1m, so that it is level with the top of the boundary wall. The idea is to present a more compact, globular form which doesn't restrict the view of the garden from the rooms on that side of the property.
