Proposal to remove a bay tree that is damaging surrounding paving slabs, and to fell a lilac tree resting on the boundary wall, followed by planting a replacement tree.

T1 - Bay Tree Looking at historical photos on google street view, this tree has grown rapidly in an uncontrolled manner, causing servere unevenness to the surrounding paving slabs. We are proposing to remove this tree. T2 - Lilac x Tree This tree is growing laterally in 2 directions and is resting on the boundary wall. We are proposing to remove this tree, and in its place planting a new tree species.
