Full Proposal

In relation to the olive tree in the rear garden (identified as T3 on the attached site plan) we are seeking permission to remove this tree and replace it with 2 cherry trees that will be positioned further down the garden. As can be seen from the attached photo the tree's roots are above ground and are damaging the wall and its branches are damaging the fence. It needs to be removed in order to repair the boundary wall. In relation to the tree in the front garden (marked as T1 on the attached site plan) (Prunus Autumnalis) permission is sought to prune it back by up to 30% as part of normal routine maintenance.
