Full Proposal

Front garden of 53 Blackheath Park. Prunus domestica. 20 foot tall. To be felled. It is already dying as the lime tree on the pavement has begun to dwarf it. Back garden of 53 Blackheath Park. Small leafed laurel. 30 foot tall. To be reduced in width. To give the adjacent magnolia tree and other trees more space to develop. The tree is 5.5m wide (sprawling) and 2.5m depth (which crosses over the fence between No 53 and No 53A Blackheath Park). We wish to reduce its width by 1.5m from 5.5m to 3.5m. The main pruning takes place on the north side where it interferes with a magnolia tree. The depth will be reduced by 0.5m from 2.5m to 2.0m as a straggly branch that hangs out over the lawn will come down to allow light into the flowerbed and improve the view up the garden.
