T1 = To Fell 1 X Purple Plum Tree as Close to Ground Level as Possible. The Tree is Encroaching on to Neighbouring properties due to the location of the Tree. More than 50% of the canopy overhangs into No 42. The client is more than Happy to plant a replacement Tree but would locate it away from neighbouring properties to stop blocking there light & shedding into neighbouring gardens.
