Full Proposal

An arborist has identified the tree to be an Evergreen Oak. It is shown on the sketch as T1. It appears to be a fast growing tree that is taking over the small rear garden. It is situated within 1m from the rear wall of the property and is currently obscuring 80%+ light from the rear bedroom. We propose to remove the tree to address the light issue, and to ensure that given its proximity to the building that no damage is done to the structure.T2 on the plan is presenting no problem and we plan to take no action. We will commission a professional arborist to undertake the works, and have engaged their services already to advise on appropriate action.
