This application proposes the complete removal of a magnolia tree located in the rear garden to address structural instability issues affecting the rear wall and boundary wall.

Full Proposal

Magnolia tree in rear left corner of back garden at 39 Powderham Crescent. Complete removal of tree required as tree has caused both rear wall at 39 Powderham Crescent to become unstable and boundary wall between 38 and 39 Powderham Crescent to be unstable. Not planning on replacing the tree as any future tree in this location would impact the boundary walls again in future.
