Full Proposal
Following an email exchange on the 29th April 2026 I understand that TPO210 for the weeping ash was revoked on the 27th April 2006. We had not received notification of this at the time? All we require is sensible pruning so that the branches do not overhang the pavement/public highway as noted in the attached images. The tree itself is leaning towards the light just like the old one which means we do need to take sensible precautions to prevent any overhanging branches as noted above. Weeping ash: Crown lift over the footpath/highway side only to provide approximately 2.5-3.0 metres clearance above ground level, measured from ground level to the lowest retained live foliage, with pruning limited to the minimum necessary to achieve pedestrian clearance and maintain a natural form. Second tree is at the back of the property which appears to be dead. See the attached image showing no growth (species not known) . We would like to remove it.
