T1 Beech (165/T52) - Reduce height and spread by up to 1.5 metres, shaping and balancing the remaining crown accordingly. Works will encourage well balanced crown for future years Works will encourage an even distribution of growth throughout the crownT2 Ash (165/T20) - Reduce height and spread by up to 2 metres, shaping and balancing the remaining crown accordingly. Works will encourage well balanced crown for future years. The proposed works would not reduce the amenity value of the tree and will allow sustainable tree management in the long term.T3 Beech (14/A4) - Cut back to boundary fence line and getting rid of the overhang by up to 1 metre. The subject tree is interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of a large proportion of the surrounding area Its proximity to the property is causing anxiety and apprehension to the occupier.
