Pruning works are proposed to trim mixed species trees back to the property boundary by up to two metres at 1 John Watkin Close in Epsom.

Mixed Species (287/W1), are interfering with the reasonable enjoyment of a large proportion of the surrounding area. There is a large (unidentified) dominant tree in close proximity to the property which is dropping debris on the footpath, making it dangerous. We will trim back to boundary by up to 2 metres.
