Certificate of Lawful Use (Proposed) - Erection of a detached single-storey outbuilding within the rear garden to be used as a workshop and storage building ancillary to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse. The building will be positioned within the residential curtilage and constructed in accordance with the submitted plans and elevations. No new vehicular access is proposed. Existing drainage arrangements will remain unaffected.
