Consultation - Amendment to reduce the scope of external terracing works. The amendment includes for the retention of the existing terrace and steps including balustrading other than where identified. It outlines new line of terrace south of dining room extension and includes earth bank and reduced retaining wall works, along with replacement of timber railing for previously consented metal design to steps, ramp and new north-south wall only, nonmaterial amendment to previous permission BA/2025/0075/COND.
