Reduce the canopy height and spread of 1no. Oak tree by approximately 2.4 metres; reduce the epicormic / new growth to thin the canopy by approximately 10%; stem clean to the first union; reduce the limb extending over the highway and footpath back to just before the wound/decay - protected by Tree Preservation Order no. 15/1985.
