Felling of a larch tree to a height of about four metres to create a habitat feature, accompanied by the planting of a replacement tree.

(Land behind 24 peninsula rd) T1 Larch Located on the grassed area to the rear of No. 25 - The tree is in decline with reduced vigour and signs of deterioration. It is proposed to fell the tree to approximately 4m, retaining the standing stem as a habitat feature for its ecological value with a suitable replacement tree planted nearby.
