This application proposes crown lifting and reduction works to a magnolia tree, alongside the dismantling of a dead stem and reshaping of a holly tree.

Full Proposal

Magnolia T1 Crown lift by removing the overhanging lateral branches above the Chesil Theatre. Carry out a light crown reduction on the garden side, reducing approximately 0.5-1 metre back to suitable growth points to maintain a natural shape. Holly T2 Dismantle the dead stem to ground level. Reduce the remaining holly back to the previous pollard points and reshape to form a balanced crown.
