Crown reduction works are proposed for a large sycamore tree situated near the southern boundary and adjacent to the garage.

The reduction will decrease the tree height and spread to manage its proximity to the house.

Full Proposal

Sycamore tree on southern property boundary, adjacent to garage, and 10 metres from the southwest corner of the house, over which it looms. This tree is overlarge (estimated 25m high and 15m span) given its proximity to the house, and it is intended to undertake crown reduction, reducing the spread by 1/3, to give an approximate height of 18m and span of 10m.
