Re-routing of an old rainwater goods pipe. Full repointing works to the rear elevation of the hotel. Replacement of the uPVC rainwater goods with cast iron rainwater goods in black. Replacement of a number of spalled bricks. Propping and removal and replacement of a timber structural beam. Propping, removal and replacement of incorrectly blocked up windows. Removal and replacement with like for like oak sash window. Replacement of stone step internally in the kitchen with matched stone. Repointing of three octagonal chimneys, and brickwork repairs. Installation of coils to prevent water ingress. Redecoration of existing sash windows to be finished to match existing colour.
