An application has been made to carry out maintenance works on an oak tree, including crown maintenance, removal of dead wood and epicormic growth, and cutting back branches overhanging a roof.

Oak Tree - labelled T3 on the enclosed plan 1. An overhaul health check 2. Remove any dead wood found - the tree is substantial and it is not possible to see it all from the ground 3. Remove epicormic growth throughout the tree 4. Remove branches at lower level (labelled 1, 2 and 3 on the attached photo) 5. Cut back branches overhanging the roof (labelled 1 & 4 on the attached photo)
