Application for the approval of details reserved by condition no. 3 (Details of internal and external materials) of planning permission ref 23/01092/LBC (Externally: Erect a scaffold access to survey the exterior of the building. Remove Buddleia growing out of the external walls in places along with general weeds and carry out any re pointing that may be required. Internal: The current kitchen area is looking tired and some of the plaster has blown away from the wall. Remove the existing kitchen units & water heater. Remove the modern materials back to the original wall & re plaster with horsehair and lime. Then install a new kitchen & water heater)
