Full Proposal
Cupressus macrocarpa (Monterey Cypress) Sectionally dismantle to leave a 2m high trunk. Canopy is in decline due to age and drought related stress, amenity value is not retainable once dead top and remaining deadwood is removed.2 Salix babylonica (Weeping willow) Reduce canopy height and spread by up to 3m to lessen wind loading on exposed canopy and to prune back from garage and BT cables. Canopy is exposed following branch failures.3 Cupressus macrocarpa (Monterey Cypress) Remove major deadwood and prune back from road and BT cables by 2m
